What if I forget my password?
Don’t worry, there won’t be a problem. If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you! Just enter your username, and click the “Continue” button. We’ll send your password to the email address we have on file for your account. We can’t give out passwords over the phone or email them to a different email address other than the one used to register.
Why am I not able to return an item that my cat has become uninterested in?
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
Items that have been used by the customer or your kitty or items that have been damaged by kitty’s use cannot be returned to us. For more see our Return Policy.
The item’s color is not the same as on the computer.
Items can have a slight difference in color depending upon different computer monitors. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
The item does not fit properly.
Please be sure to check the size chart and verify your size and measurements as well as shoe size BEFORE YOU ORDER.
How do I know if the website is secure or not?
The Great Cat Store operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.
When I enter my name during registration, is it secure?
We use the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than The Great Cat Store. You will see a lock and the prefix HTTPS in the address line to indicate the connection is secure.

We offer the following free services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users.
We offer a free electronic newsletter to users. The Great Cat Store gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.
We give users options wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include:
- Opting not to register and receive our electronic newsletters.
- Opting not to participate in certain interactive areas that would require registration.
Use of Information
The Great Cat Store uses gathered information to tailor our content to suit your needs. We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
What will you do with my information after I create an account?
Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time from the Login page.
What if my purchase doesn’t arrive within the estimated order processing time plus the shipping time?
All shipments are sent via USPS, FEDEX, EPacket/EMS and you will be supplied with a tracking number which can be accessed through the respective shipping website. Please remember that some shipments can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Does The Great Cat Store ship internationally?
Yes, for some products such as all posters and prints. Please see our shipping page for more information on countries. However, please keep in mind that your international order may be subject to import duties/taxes. For more information regarding custom policies, contact your local customs office.

Try entering a keyword, phrase or item number into our Search, and click “Go”.
How do I add products to my wish list?
(You must be a registered user and signed in to use this feature.)
The Add to Wish List link allows you to:
- Save the items that you’re thinking about buying.
- Share them with social media or email them to a friend for a second opinion, drop a hint, or send just for fun.
These items will remain on your Wishlist page until the next time you visit our site, as long as they are still in stock.
The Wishlist is NOT the same thing as your Shopping Cart. When you decide to purchase an item, you will need to move it from your Wishlist to your Shopping Cart in order to complete your order.
